Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hermann Hampel (Biwak), Johanneskirchner Straße 101, 81927 München, phone +49 176 81520363, email kontakt@biwak.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.biwak.ai/widerrufen (“Withdraw from contract” button). If you use this online function, we will send you, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) containing information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

How we calculate the proportion
The subscription includes a fixed monthly allowance of credits for AI tasks. If you requested in your order that we start immediately and you then withdraw, we keep the proportion of the first monthly fee that corresponds to the credits you used up to the withdrawal, and refund the rest. Example: Base Camp, €19 for 1,500 credits, 300 credits used up to the withdrawal — you get €15.20 back. If you have used nothing, you get everything back.
